Live Streaming your award ceremony or gala is a fantastic way to provide accessibility for all types of community and educational events.

From a production standpoint, these events have a similar setup as conventions and seminars. We typically use three or more cameras to achieve complete coverage of the stage, presenters and audience (if desired). Our experienced video crew will stream and record the event, and afterwards, provide a high-quality archival version of the broadcast for on-demand viewing or post-production editing.

Along with our high quality visuals we also have the capability to add complete sound and lighting packages to your production. This can include lavalier, handheld or tabletop mics for the presenters, powered speakers for the room and lights hung with or without a truss.
