Do viewers need a high-speed internet connection to view the webcast?
A high-speed connection is required for HD viewing, however we always stream at 3 different quality settings: HD, Medium and Mobile. The video player will determine your users’ internet speed and automatically select the quality level that is optimal for their connection. Due to cell network fluctuations, viewing on a WiFi or Ethernet connection will generally give better results than a 3g or 4g cellular connection.
Are there any special downloads required to view the webcast?
Our universal video player is designed to be incredibly user friendly and will automatically detect a user’s device and queue up an appropriate video stream. For mobile devices, including Android and iOS, no additional downloads are required. For laptops and desktops, users should have Adobe Flash Media Player installed, or use a browser with HTML5 video playback capabilities.
Do you provide a video on-demand file online for later viewing and can we also get a backup copy of the footage on DVD or Blu-Ray?
We provide a high-quality .h264 recording of the event with all of our broadcast packages, delivered via FTP or download. If you prefer a DVD or Blu-Ray disc, we can provide this as well for a small processing fee.
Will you travel out of state or out of country for destination events?
Yes, we are available to travel to your event location anywhere around the country, as well as many international destinations. Contact us for more details.
What deposit is required to book my date?
A deposit of 50% of the total estimated package cost is required to book your date. Full payment is due 14 days after the event.
What are the payment options?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

Can you provide event video editing services as well?
